Customers must ensure the correct house number, size, colour, and any other product variation are selected when placing an order. We produce items based solely on the options chosen at checkout. Hitani Atelier is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect selections made by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are based in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of purchase before production and dispatch of any items. If you are placing an order from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that the final amount charged in your local currency may vary depending on your bank's or payment provider's exchange rate. Hitani Atelier is not responsible for any differences due to currency conversion fees or fluctuating exchange rates.

4. Production & Delivery
Production times may vary depending on the product type, selected variation, and current workload. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or factors outside of our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
