Refund policy

We want you to love what you've ordered. Because all of our decals are custom-made just for you, our returns policy works a little differently from standard retail shops. Please take a moment to read the details below. And as always, we're here to help if anything isn't clear.

Custom Products
All of our decals are made to order. For this reason, once production has begun, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out. We will always do our very best to make things right.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will review the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
